Ally Stone has been a leader in the hospitality industry for over 15 years during this time she has been an integral part of creating several successful businesses and teams.
Her leadership approach elevates team thinking beyond everyday problems and obstacles, building instead on quality in group and individual connection for lasting effect. She bases her leadership style on a deeply-rooted belief in a culture of taking care of people she calls “Leading from the Heart”. Vision has propelled Ally to the top of her industry and she is increasingly sought after by others for advice and leadership, both inside and outside of the hospitality business.
For the last decade Ally has been on a journey of personal and professional growth searching for the root of what makes us truly happy in life. As a mentor to other leaders she has studied and researched the answers to what a fulfilled life looks like and how to integrate these teachings into leadership in the most effective ways.
“About a decade ago I came to the realization that our work and personal lives are really hard to keep separate. Meaning, if we are unhappy with what we are doing for our careers, we would most definitely feel the ripple effect of that in our lives at home with our families and vice versa. There was so much talk at that time about work life balance and that phrase never quite worked for me. So I set out to find a way to create integration of my life as whole, finding fulfillment in all areas of my life not just one or the other. While this started out as a small passion project for me personally, in the end it transformed my life and the lives of the people in our companies. What came of that was nothing short of outstanding. Ally began creating workshops for her teams that would empower and inspire them to live their lives full of growth, passion, purpose, gratitude and connection. The resulting effect has become a group of trend setting leaders and team members who understand the value of finding balance and purpose in their lives each and every day.
Ally is trained as an Executive and Personal Coach, certified as Meditation Teacher and is a Heart Math Facilitator and she has learned how to integrate strong purposeful culture into her companies while at the same time helping people to lead full lives outside of their careers, offering workshops and support for healthy mindful living.
Until recently Ally’s workshops and motivational talks have only been available to those who work within her organization. Because of her success however, she is now beginning to branch out to those beyond.
Her workshops are refreshingly unique and bring a variety of topics to the forefront. Workshops are often personalized to meet the needs of her clients.
